Tuesday 5th February 2013
So after eating and drinking nothing for the whole of Monday 4th February… what a way to go on a diet… we are now starving and made a bee line for The Colonnade and breakfast…the whole works – American bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato and beans…yummy!!
After the exertion of ‘the day that never was’ we had a quiet morning by the pool, mid-day beers and then Mexican lunch in The Colonnade before returning to the Pool deck for a siesta in the shade. This day seems to be all about eating and sleeping.
Sad news – Jack, a good friend and a special man passed away this afternoon. He will be missed by so many on board. God bless you Jack. We will raise a glass or two to you tonight.
